You keep ownership of the builds you upload. You grant Falcon ICM, LLC a license to host and display that material so the site can run.

Botmechanix is for people 13 and older. Signup asks for a birth year, then stores the attestation checkbox and the terms version you accepted. The birth year is not stored.

Botmechanix does not certify, rate, approve, or warrant any robot, build, part, or person. A Robot Information Registry record shows what a contributor uploaded.

Counsel still needs to draft warranty text, a liability cap, indemnity, and a dispute process before any public launch.
